The world of Call of Duty®: Mobile had been holding its breath. Atlas Corporation's crimes spilled into daylight, and the UAC answered by closing in on Atlas's enclave in New Vision City. Vladimir Makarov, never a man to let a crisis go to waste, saw the crack in the world and wedged it open. He turned the confrontation into an all-out war, a showdown that would reshape the battlefield as players knew it. That was the promise of Ultimate Frontier, the eleventh and final season of its year, and it arrived on December 14 at 4 PM PT with the kind of noise that makes a map feel alive.

By 2026, Call of Duty: Mobile has traveled through many seasons, but Ultimate Frontier still reads like a blueprint for ending a year with a bang. It brought Ground War 2.0, a new weapon, a signature attachment, a Multiplayer Perk, a cosmic-themed Battle Pass, and holiday Store specials. The snow fell, the tanks rolled, and the holiday lights came with a side of artillery. No small thing, that combination. ❄️🎁🚀
A Battle Pass With Stars in Its Eyes
Season 11's Battle Pass mixed free and premium rewards, and it leaned into a cosmic winter mood. Free tiers unlocked the full-auto bullpup EM2 Assault Rifle from Call of Duty: Black Ops™ Cold War at Tier 21. Pin Point arrived at Tier 14, a new Multiplayer Perk that outlined enemies the player was damaging or receiving damage from. It also offered faster Aim Down Sight speed and slowed enemies when they took damage. Other free highlights included camos, Weapon Blueprints, and the Folding Knife – Space Explorer at Tier 50.
Premium tiers opened the door to Operators such as Sliver – Comet Seeker, Mil-Sim – Astronaut, Synaptic, and Jackal – Jade Lining. Weapon Blueprints included the AGR 556 – Martian Munitions, SKS – Z-09 Xylith, BY15 – BL4ST3R-01, and the EM2 – Gilded Hammer. A Battle Pass Subscription added extra seasonal rewards, a 10% boost to Player and Weapon XP, and limited discounts on 10x crate pulls. Ground Forces subscribers received the Woods – Sweater Weather Operator Skin, the Krig 6 – The Jolly Blaster Weapon Blueprint, and the Backpack – Holiday Sack. Honestly, it was a lot to unwrap.
Ground War 2.0 and the War Beast
Crossroads expanded the smaller Crossroads Strike map into a wider arena. The battlefield pushed far past the Munitions Storage and Annex buildings, with vehicles ready to cross the snowy terrain and get players to the fight fast. The map stretched its snowy shoulders and invited 12v12 chaos.
Ground War 2.0 introduced the War Beast Tank. This deadly machine boasted high health and high damage. The driver had two types of cannon fire, while the co-driver controlled a machine gun and smoke bombs. Two War Beasts waited on the map, one per side, and climbing into one felt like waking a sleeping giant. The tank growled, the snow shook, and the match became a small war story of its own.
Snowflakes, Gift Boxes, and Holiday Deals
The Slaying All the Way event turned the season into a scavenger hunt with a festive grin. Players earned snowflakes by playing and getting eliminations in Multiplayer, or by finding gift boxes around the Battle Royale map. Rewards included the Oden – Red Sleigher and Alice – Holiday Glam Operator Skins, plus a passcode that could crack open a safe on the Battle Royale map for even more rewards. Codes were unique to each player, so the hunt had a personal edge.
Seasonal Challenges and Featured Events added more Weapon Blueprints, Battle Pass XP, and a challenge that awarded a new signature barrel attachment for the Striker. Then the 12 Days of Deals began on December 20, with new discounted items each day. The first day brought the Grinch – Wreath Havoc, Manta Ray – Full Bloom, and PKM – Red Nose Revenge. The holiday store cleared its throat and asked players to treat themselves.
Store Draws and a Vault of History
The Doggfather Holiday Draw featured Snoop Dogg – Santa Snoop, paired with the Legendary RUS-79U – Holiday Lights Weapon Blueprint. The Mythic EM2 – Eclipse Phaser offered a Mythic-quality blueprint based on the new EM2, alongside Tempest – New Earth and the Katana – Malicious Pulse Melee Weapon Blueprint. Other draws included Cosmic Silverback – Abominable, Ethan – Flux, Codename: Lazarus – Dark Viper, SP-R 208 – Dual Persona, and FR .556 – Geo-Blaster 3000.
The Battle Pass Vault added the Season 2 2021: Day of Reckoning stream, giving players a chance to earn Mara – Awakening, Mace – Back for More, AS VAL – Judgement, BK57 – Data Miner, and more. It was a season that looked forward with tanks and stars, then glanced back with a vault of old victories.
Ultimate Frontier was the final season of its year, and it carried the weight of a finale without forgetting the holiday spirit. Atlas fell under siege, Makarov lit the fuse, and players got a battlefield full of snow, steel, and cosmic color. What came next, of course, was up to the players.
